Project Applications Writing
Grant proposal writing is a one-to-one working process with the owner of the project. The process includes building a narrative, addressing an audience, and submitting documentation and other support material. The process includes discussion of these drafts and follow-up sessions with further discussions or drafts when necessary.
Fee (for individuals): 45 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Fee (for large scale projects, organisations & companies): 55 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Proposals should be submitted to Berlin Art Grant Clinic at least 3-4 weeks prior to submission.
Project Applications Review
Grant proposal review is a one-to-one working process with the owner of the project/writer of the proposal. The process includes review of the application content and recommending changes and revisions in line with the requirements of the grant applied, as well as follow-up sessions with additional discussions or second review when necessary.
Fee (for individuals): 35 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Fee (for large scale projects, organisations & companies): 45 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Proposals should be submitted to Berlin Art Grant Clinic at least 3-4 weeks prior to submission.
* Although the amount of work varies depending on the length of the texts and number of documents required for an application and the quality of the texts already written by the applicants, Berlin Art Grant Clinic foresees an approximate of 4 to 14 hours of work on each application. Still, this highly varies according to content of each application submitted to the Emergency Room.
CPR at the Emergency Room
Berlin Art Grant Clinic always suggests to work on grant applications at least one month earlier. In case of requests for urgent consultancy that are 7 days before the deadlines, the Clinic offers a special CPR rate to share the deadline stress and to allow priority among other consultees.

Fee (for large scale projects, organisations & companies): 67 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Project Applications Review: Fee (for individuals): 50 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Fee (for organisations & companies): 60 eur/hour (incl. tax)
Artist Proposals/Statements/Studio Visits
This is a special opportunity for artists who need support while transforming their artworks into a written proposal or statement. The consultancy includes opportunities of writing statements from the scratch or reviewing the written text. The process includes critical conversation, studio visit, portfolio viewing and discussions in preparation to the draft of the proposal or the statement.
Fee: 45 eur/hour (incl. tax)
